L1 offers you multiple payment methods. Whatever be your mode of payment, you can be rest assured that L1 will keep your transaction details confidential at all times. You can use Internet Banking, Cash on Delivery, Cheque & Demand Draft to make your purchase.

How do I know my order is confirmed?
Once your order is confirmed and processed, you will receive an order confirmation via E-mail/SMS. you can also check the current status of your order by logging into your account on L1 and going to MY ACCOUNT section.

What is the estimated delivery time?
Even though we’d like to deliver the product as soon as possible, it often takes 2 business days to deliver the materials at your door steps. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.(Next day)

How do I cancel my order?

How can I check the quality of materials?
All of our products are pre tested and approved by our quality engineers. Product sample shall be delivered at your end for your own testing if required.
